This beautiful, custom built Keys style home is located on a deep draft boating canal in a very nice and quiet area. Surrounded by lush tropical plantings, the home offers comfort and style to help make your stay something special. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. In the master suite there is a queen bed. The second bedroom offers a queen as well while the third bedroom which is a huge open loft area has a double futon. Amenities for the home include cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD, central A/C, dishwasher and barbecue grill. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and also has open skylights which keep it bright and pleasant all day. The kitchen is accessed from the living area and the dining room through decorative doors. There is a huge screened and covered porch overlooking the back yard and canal/dock areas, where you will find an additional dining area. There is also a bar area with stools located at a large pass through window adjacent to the kitchen. For the boater, fisherman and diver, access to the Atlantic and its coral reefs is quick and easy. Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is about 7 miles south. The Gulf and back country are also easily reached by smaller boats. Nearby there are all sorts of places to shop, fuel, tackle shops, dive shops, post office, banks and much more. Key West is 25 miles southwest for unique night life, great shopping and restaurants, as well as the unusual history. The international airport in Miami is a 3 hour drive. |
