This large three bedroom, three bath custom home has it all for the great family vacation. Located on a good boating and swimming canal from which the offshore and backcountry fishing and diving is easily accessible. The world class snorkeling and diving at Looe Key Reef is about 25 minutes by boat. Shops for food, fuel etc., and restaurants are only minutes away by car, while Key West is less than 30 minutes.
Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one double and two sofa sleepers. The main floor has two bedrooms, the kitchen and a den area opening onto a covered porch. The second floor has the master bedroom plus a large great room with mini-bar and entertainment center. This opens onto a screened-in porch overlooking the canal.
Other amenities include a modern kitchen, central A/C, washer/dryer, barbeque grill, cable TV, linens, dishes and everything else you should need. This is a designated NON-SMOKING home. |
