There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and one right on the ocean is a short bike ride away. There you will find Geiger Key Marina for food, Kayak tours and fishing captains. There is a 2-person limit per unit. Guests may visit the owner's unit for no more than 3 weeks. Vacation rentals are allowed. The Association has a minimum of a 30-day rental period. A rental application, background check, and a fee of $150 is required along with approval from the committee. Each unit pays its own water and sewer bill. Association reads the water meter and bills owner back for water and sewer. Each unit has its own electric meter. There is an application for permission to purchase because the Association has the right to check prospective Buyers. The application fee is $150. The association bills owners quarterly.
